What is Patreon?

Patreon is a website which is affiliated with YouTube, which allows people to support independent artists, and help them to keep creating content for their followers and subscribers. Producing weekly videos requires a huge amount of time and effort, and not unlike a Netflix subscription, viewers are able to offer a donation in return for the content that they so much enjoy. 

For us, this means people who also believe in what we are doing, who want to help us out financially, can donate as little as $5 per month, which goes towards things such as camera equipment, hard drives, internet for uploading, SD cards, as well as fuel, customs fees, and general maintenance on the boat, in order for us to be able to keep creating high quality content for our viewers, not to mention the 40+ hours per week that it takes to film, organise, then edit all of the footage! All of our Patrons go into the draw to be invited to come for a week long sail with us, all you have to do is make your way to wherever we are in the world, we will cover the rest!

We sincerely appreciate all of our current Patrons, who give us the drive and motivation to keep growing as videographers, and take you on our journey around the world with us. It would be an absolute dream come true if we were one day able to do this full time without having to leave the channel on hold while we go back to work to earn money. We can all dream!
