Sailing vessel Parlay!

Parlay is a 2012 Lagoon 450 catamaran, who was deemed a constructive total loss by the insurance company after she was extremely badly damaged after Hurricane Irma, in the Tortola in the British Virgin Islands. One of her hulls ended up sinking, but she was eventually salvaged and taken to Nanny Cay, and the holes which was responsible for her sinking were patched and she was floating once again.

Parlay is a 4 cabin, 4 head version with a flybridge up top for navigation. Here the crew love to hang out while under sail, and always make use of the sun beds in front of the helm under the boom. There is also a forward seating area on the bow behind the trampoline nets, which offer another whole space to hangout.

She is powered by 2 x 54hp motors with SD50 Sail drives. Since buying her, Colin has also installed a huge solar array to the tune of 1600W, controlled by 3 separate charge controllers to charge her 800Ah of batteries. She did 5 years of heavy charters in the BVI's before hurricane Irma, and she can comfortably cruise with 8-10 people!
